Banstead Coaches are open for business and aim to provide you with our usual high levels of customer service from a multi generational family business. Please get in touch with our team via email or phone and we will be delighted to help you the best we can and make sure you are confident in travelling with us.
Banstead Coaches are committed to reducing the spread of any disease and maintain the health of our staff and passengers. We are adhering with all government guidelines, social distancing and delivering our service in accordance with essential travel legislation. We have been closely following the Government guidance relating to the transport industry and have developed effective procedures that are followed by every member of staff when using our vehicles prior, during and after the hire of our coaches.
If you make a booking with us based on current social distancing guidelines and at the point of travel these guidelines change then yes, your booking value may alter. If restrictions are lifted it could mean you would require less vehicles than initially quoted meaning your booking would be credited or if restrictions are increased, it may mean you require additional vehicles which will increase the overall price of your booking.
Yes there will be hand sanitiser onboard every coach.
In light of recent Government Guidance, Banstead Coaches Limited strongly encourages customers to wear face coverings on all transport to keep each other as safe as possible. It is your responsibility to check and comply with Government and any local guidelines.

Wash your hands and use sanitisers where available before travelling. If you can, bring hand sanitiser gel for use during your journey.
